...Lucia is outstanding! She is one of a kind. I've been in this hospital for the last year for my sister. To me she is the best nurse in the hospital. She is very understanding and caring and very easy to talk to. She lights up any room she comes in. While in the room with my sister I was down and she lifted me up, she did the same for my sister. Words cannot explain her dedication and devotion to her chosen profession.
