We had Nurse Kristen today. She was so attentive and nice. She made us feel at home even though I was very sick, and she took the time to listen to our story. She made us feel comfortable here in Texas Children's. Thank you Kristen for being there for us in our time of need. This is the second admission for our daughter within a span of a week. Kristen has been wonderful. She is on top of everything. She pays attention to every detail and she makes every conversation to my daughter as lively as she can be. She listens to my concerns and that she voices them out to the team. She has been one of the greatest nurses who took care of our not so little baby and people like her are hard to come by.
The expert care that we received is her compassion and warmth. Because in this world where daily routines are at play, it is hard to spot a true person in calling to her profession. To summarize it all, she cares for her patients and their family members. You guys are lucky to have her as an asset to your unit. Thank you, Kristen.
