Colleen gave excellent patient care by comforting me in such a warm way when I delivered a baby that needed to be intubated right away and was told might not make it. Colleen made me feel at peace with her words and demeanor when she was my only support, as my husband went off to the NICU. She also went above and beyond to get me to the NICU to see my baby when others were saying it might not be possible. Her shift was ending but never let me know (I figured it out later) and put me and my baby as first priority. I greatly credit such a wonderful labor and delivery experience to her.
