People are usually quick to criticize when something goes wrong, but generally very slow to compliment, if at all. We would like to take this opportunity to express our extremely heartfelt admiration and thanks to Diane and everyone who we interacted with during my husband's heart cath. With Diane being assigned as my husband's recovery nurse, she was the most caring and attentive to not only his needs but to mine as well. She explained every detail of his procedure and answered any and all questions, respected his privacy and all while treating him as an adult. She made sure he was comfortable, put him at ease and did everything like a professional.
My husband has had 14 heart caths, a total of 8 stents placed, quadruple bypass and 2 different pacemakers placed. He knows better than most what a good RN looks like. Diane is an extremely caring, compassionate RN who obviously loves her job and is excellent at it!
