Have you had an individual become a very important person in your life? One that you have never seen, never met and yet is a very extraordinary person in your daily life?
I had that special opportunity when I met Amy Tracy by phone and she notified me that she would become my HT Care Coordinator. Just by the use of phone calls, I have been very fortunate to have her. Hopefully, I will meet her personally some day.
Amy is truly extraordinary, she goes the extra mile and is always ready to help in times of need. She has answered all my phone calls and my questions of concern. She monitors my health status tremendously, even calling just to check on me.
I am 82 years old and have many health issues. Amy always shows concern about each one of them and it means so much to have someone with compassion, concern, commitment, and respect. I appreciate all she has done for me and is now doing for me. She is a lady of great integrity.
May God continue to bless her ministry in special ways. Thanks to the home telehealth program for having such wonderful individuals to serve the veterans.
