Angelia has been in contact with me this past year, many, many times. I have no bladder, I lost it to cancer in 2002. I get most of my supplies for catheterizing myself 6 times a day, every 4 hours, they come from L. Medical. I get my 14 French catheters, 60 cc syringes to irrigate my Indiana pouch 2 times a day. I also get the lubricating jelly to use with the catheters.
She has been in contact with me and with L. medical many times over the past year. L. Medical is very fussy concerning the language that is used for the prescriptions. If it wasn't for Angelia, I would not have my supplies, and that would be a disaster. My pouch would explode and I'd die.
I had an appointment recently with a doctor at the clinic. Angelia told me to ask her to come in and talk to the doctors. I did this and she came in. She explained everything to the doctor and had the doctor write certain criteria on the prescription for L. medical.
In my opinion, Angelia has gone above what her job entails. She is an Extraordinary Nurse. Thank you.
