Hospice of Cincinnati
Kim Green, RN
I received a call from my dad and my mom’s doctor on a Monday to advise that Mom had taken a turn for the worse and it was time for Hospice of Cincinnati. Kim was at her desk next to mine. We shared a hug after I told her the news. She called the Admissions Team to see who would be the nursing performing the admission on Tuesday. She discovered that the admissions schedule was full. Kim came in on her off day to perform the admission herself because she said that’s what family is for. She exudes professionalism, compassion and a caring attitude in all her interactions. I will never forget that day and the care she provided to my beautiful mother, father, and me. Kim also trains our new admissions nurses and always offers to assist our West team with visits when her admissions are low.
