Our first stay was in Feb 2019 for 5 days. Autumn is a genuinely caring, kind, helpful and compassionate nurse and person. In March we were here for 2 weeks. Once again Autumn was our nurse. She always comes in with a smile on her face and a kind word. Her heart is genuine. My husband was put on a special medicine the nurses must be specially trained on. She was very informative about the drug and changing his bandage. The third time we were in the hospital, I saw her by the elevators. She recognized me and asked what was going on. She came up to the ICU to visit us. We finally moved down to 8 East. She once again was our nurse and friend. She is very busy but always made her scheduled stop and extra time to see what we needed. She always made sure I had pillows, blankets, and clean towels. She is very good about watching his fluid intake. She would put it on the board for him. Autumn is an amazing nurse and person.
