Olivia is special for many reasons because she treats and cares for the entire family. Olivia took the time to really listen to us as parents and earn our trust by always exceeding our expectations. In only a matter of days, we knew that Olivia was caring for our twin daughters the way we would in our absence. Olivia interacted with our girls in a way that helped us know that all their needs were being met, not just their physical health but their social well-being.
Olivia always took the time to explain things, demonstrate them, then provided guided practice so that we could leave the NICU with our girls feeling confident as parents.
Olivia also offered individualized care, which is an extraordinary accomplishment with twins. Olivia took the time to get to know each of my daughters and found out what worked best for each of them.
Last but not least, Olivia was always in our corner and worked hard to get the care needs met for our girls that we desired as their parents. Olivia could help me transition from crying in defeat to finding my voice and drive again. Olivia clearly understands the importance of caring for the whole family, which is ultimately what's best for her patients (our daughters). We are grateful to have Olivia as a key person in our NICU journey.
