Although Lisa is known for her compassionate expertise out in the field, I want to recognize Lisa for her willingness to support above and beyond her regular duties. She has expressed wanting to learn other duties to continually challenge herself professionally, and to be helpful to other teams within the organization. Lisa has been very instrumental in ensuring that ICD 10 coding is complete and correct when her assistance is required. Although she is not a Certified Professional Coder, Lisa has become very competent in her understanding of the ICD 10 guidelines. Her assistance has been appreciated and valued.
