Cheryl regularly clocks out in the evening yet stays to spend time with her patients. Sometimes it's to play a game with a lonely patient. Other times she gets a group of patients together to watch TV together. Last week she stayed until 10 pm on Friday night to have a "girls night" with several of her patients. They painted nails, did face masks and watched movies together. The group laughed so hard they cried as they shared this special time. The best part of this is Cheryl sees a patient struggling and she makes time for what would help that individual patient feel special. Now that's a great example of above and beyond!
