Nicole exceeded my expectations! On a day the emergency room was overwhelmingly busy, Nicole stepped up. The ED admitted 2 very critically ill patients back-to-back. Due to the busy ED, I was unable to complete all the ED charting prior to admission. Nicole, however, was willing to allow me to bring the patient up and give bedside report. Once entering the ICU, 2 other nurses greeted me and helped transfer the patient to the ICU bed and Nicole took bedside report. She had such a positive attitude and took report with no issues and with the understanding that there was minimal information in the chart at that time. Because she was so kind, it helped put me in a better mood despite the chaos of the day. Beyond that, her ability to quickly take the patient helped with patient flow in the ED. Nicole, thank you for your hard work and kindness, it really goes a long way!

In ICU, Nicole was outstanding. So kind, knowledgeable and compassionate.
Every staff member is awesome. They patiently answer questions and offer encouragement. He can't wait to leave here, but it certainly not because of the excellent care he has received.
