“Jennifer took care of my daughter-in-law in ICU. Jennifer’s compassion, professional care and expertise allowed me to be a grieving family member. Often as a RN it is difficult to give up that role when a family member is ill. Rebecca received wonderful personal care. Her room was kept orderly and she always looked comfortable and well cared for. Jennifer cared for not just Rebecca but a big grieving family. She met everyone’s needs in a very professional yet, caring manner. She is an excellent role model and made all of us comfortable in an often intense situation. She took the time to answer questions, was always available when needed but also allowed us the private time we needed to say our good byes. She showed compassion and support when we decided to withdraw care. She continued to speak to Rebecca and explain everything right up to the end. Jennifer’s relationship with Rebecca and our family certainly eased the pain of her loss. Our family was privileged to share our last days with Rebecca in Jennifer’s care.”
