We have been so fortunate to have had the blessing of Alicia on this floor while a patient here at MCR. In watching her perform her duties, she gives the confidence that she knows exactly what and how to do things right. Alicia is one of those rare people who sees a need and puts extra time and energy into completing things in a satisfactory way.
For instance, my husband's right hearing aid was lost, and Alicia took the extra time and just about turned the place upside down trying to find it. After that day, it wasn't over; each day she was on duty she asked about it and looked some more. She gives confidence of being sure and not afraid of having to do extra work. Her confidence in taking care of patients gives them a special security. Her kindness, sweet way, caring and showing respect is a real asset. She is not someone who comes across as someone who knows everything and is proud to show it. Alicia is the one you would want to care for you and enjoy her sweet personality and respect as an added bonus. She is a positive credit to MCR. It is a better place because of Alicia!
