My dad and our whole family would like to thank Mark, RN for his kindness towards all of us during a difficult and very scary time while my dad was in the ICU and intubated and on a vent with severe epiglottitis. Mark kept us informed, explained everything to us, and was able to talk to my dad after he awoke, about hunting and fishing which helped him and my mother with their anxiety, while also allowing and being respectful of their strong emotions. We were able to share with Mark about my sister's passing away and the heartache this still has on our family and the reasons for the great anxiety my parents still feel. In return, Mark treated us all with kindness and respect and shared happy memories with us, too. Thank you for everything! We appreciate you!
