I am writing to tell you about my phenomenal experience at labor and delivery at Advent Health in Tavares. My husband and I just welcomed our first baby into the world this past Friday night. I cannot express how wonderful the nurses were. Amanda helped deliver our baby girl and talked me through the painful contractions and calmed my anxious nerves. All the nurses that were in the delivery room were very kind.
I hope there is a way you can relay the message to your nurses and tell them how much their extra special care and attention has meant to my family. I know they care for newborns and mothers every day, but they did not treat us like we were just another number. They treated us like we were special, and it made our life-changing experience so wonderful!
