Denise Thomas is an exceptional woman. I had a problem with a physician and she did all she could to make sure it was resolved. She has the kindest soul and heart. She was very encouraging and she picked me up when I was down. 5 stars! Denise was one of the best nurses I ever had.

Denise took the time to assess the patient's and his family's entire situation and came up with options not previously discussed with the family and patient. This alleviated a very extended stay for him and his family. She assisted in alleviation the financial burden for the family. Denise placed the welfare of the patient, family, and the hospital first and foremost which ultimately alleviated a lot of time and expense on all parties involved. Ultimately, the family and patient received nursing excellence thanks to Denise.
