Tara is always going above and beyond to provide the safest and most effective care of her patients. She is very much a team player in all capacities. She reports concerns immediately and promotes a positive image for ICU as well as CRMC. Her patients consistently compliment her in her bedside manner and poise. She identified a potential HIPAA violation and reported it and prevented a potential breach. Tara always has a smile that is both warming and welcoming. CRMC is blessed to have such a wonderful clinician. Tara deserves the DAISY Award as a testament to her dedication to nursing and CRMC.

My wife arrived at ICU about 6:30pm, Tara was her Nurse. Tara told us her shift ended at 7pm, but she would begin checking in E. 2/12 is the Anniversary of us meeting 19 years ago. We live in Mt. Sterling, on the way from Mount Sterling to Winchester E said can't we stop at Captain D's and get an Anniversary meal? I said no we can't, cause the Dr. said to get to the Hospital as fast as we could. We told Tara all of this during the conversation while she checked in E. At 7pm Tara left and someone else took over. At about 7:15pm Tara walked in with 2 meals from Captain Ds. We were really surprised (floored). This was one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for us. We offered to pay for the meals, but she said no. This was special.

Tara was here in just a patient way for me when no one else could see the strain and trauma in my life. She tried to make me as comfortable as I could be.
***
Ms. Tara was very attentive and informative she was able to explain my care to me as well as my diagnosis in lay terms. She also made me feel that I was her only focus and patient during my stay. At every entrance into my room she had a smile on her face that was very comforting and that is a very welcomed gesture to someone who is sick.

With my condition it is necessary for me to eat 6-7 times a day. Tara was aware of this and made sure that I had snacks often. She would check on me often to see if I needed any food. She made me feel that she cared about my well-being.
***
Tara made a pocket book for me to carry my monitor in so it would be easier to walk around. Tara has done such a great job taking care of me. Every nurse should be like Tara she was such a blessing.
***
Tara made sure that my wife was well taken care of, she helped us by answering questions and staying in contact with the doctors. Very nice personality. Thank you very much Tara.
***
Tara was a very sweet and thorough nurse. She answered all my questions and managing my pain control was the top priority. She would check on me and come as soon as my call light went off. Tara just has a great disposition; she's very positive and upbeat. Making sure my every need was met. As sick as I was, I am truly thankful she was my nurse.
