Wei consistently planned ahead, she trouble-shot situations to discover comforting methods of care. She was an advocate for our son T, she checked on every alarm that went off, whether it was a false alarm or not. She suggested medicine, she made sure mom and dad were taken care of and every time we were blessed to have Wei as our son's nurse, we were comfortable, at ease and confident he would be cared for with the highest level of skill and compassion.

Wei is an extraordinary nurse. My son is only 6 weeks old and in a very fragile, painful state. Wei has been our nurse for the last 4 nights and has shown such genuine caring, compassion for his comfort, gentleness and respect for him as a little person. She takes the time to meet his needs and shows great patience when he cries. She has also been a great support to my husband. She gets him everything he needs as he comforts our son and helps him feed him through the night. Thank You Wei, for taking care of my family!
