Joann Visnesky did a fantastic job tonight. The patient's grandson was the only family member in town so was alone with him until I, (his pastor) arrived. He's in his early 20s and has never had to do anything like this before. Joann took the time to explain everything that was going on, was friendly, compassionate, and really went the extra mile to make the grandson feel ok. I know she must have been busy but taking the time to do all of those things helped bring comfort and stability to one of the worst nights of his life. Joann really went above and beyond.
