Dredia greeted me warmly and established a sincere bond of trust, teamwork, competent skill, and commitment to my expressed and emergent medical needs. She showed empathy for my role as a patient. Dee was the nicest and most caring nurse that I have ever encountered. She took great care of me, and went above and beyond the call of duty.
