"This is not an extrordinatry story, but I would like to commend my night shift nurse, Jean, for her dedication to the nursing profession. She is consistently there for her patients and is attentive to the smallest of needs. Even in embarassing moments, she put one at ease. To summarize her is to say simply that she SHINES.
