When two children in need arrived at the Emergency Center, I assigned Meagan to their care. They needed to be thoroughly bathed and cleaned up before they could even be examined. Meagan did this without batting an eye, consoling and reassuring the children and showing them care and kindness. If this was not enough, it was evident that the children were crying out from hunger. Meagan stopped what she was doing and made sure they were fed. This display of care was truly an example of what it means to be a nurse.
