Natalie is friendly, caring, very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make her patients comfortable. Always has an easy smile and is encouraging toward the patients and the staff she trains.

Natalie was my dad's nurse the first night he was moved from ICU; she had a full workload but my dad alone could have taken up all her time. She dealt calmly with many issues: his breathing, his anxiety, his agonizing pain, and medication adjustments, all of which involved many calls to doctors. Her knowledge and expertise in juggling all factors, while being clear and compassionate with my dad, and my mom and me, was excellent.
After a few days, we made the hard decision to enter into hospice care. Natalie explained the process we were all in. We were so relieved that she was his nurse at that time. She made my dad comfortable, by putting lotion on him after his bath, combing his hair, even shaving him so he would "look good" for his visitors. For the family, she brought in an extra recliner and chairs, she put warm blankets on us while we were sleeping, and brought us snacks and drinks. She also had sincere caring conversations with all of the family about who my dad really was; she cared for all of us.
Natalie came in for several extra shifts on her days off to care for all of us until the end. She was like an angel watching over him while his family shared his final days. There is no way a "Thank You" would ever be enough. She will always be remembered by all of us!
