Deidre knew exactly what she was doing and could calm me down; her demeanor and knowledge reduced my anxiety. Deidre took control; she was like a momma bear protecting her young. I truly felt protected and cared for by this wonderful nurse; she has tons of caring, compassion, and knowledge. She went above and beyond the call of duty for me.
