Frank is a Relief Charge Nurse, a Float Champion and a very strong team member. Frank is an experienced Registered Nurse and a mentor and role model to his colleagues. He has been described as very knowledgeable and compassionate. He develops relationships with his patients and their families and has made a difference in many of their lives.
Frank was nominated for this award by three families and a charge nurse. They stated:
