When Amber introduced herself I immediately could feel her concern and tenderness. I could feel that she saw me as a sacred human being and her energy helped me trust her immediately. Right before my surgery I became very emotional and Amber gave me moment as I shed tears. I was sad that my wife was going to be alone in the waiting room. Amber told me that during her break she would go and check on my wife. That helped to calm me down. I later found out that she did go check with my wife. WOW! She truly kept her promise. What a wonderful angel she is! She went above and beyond her job and helped me get through a scary time.
