Roberto always is ready to help. He will gladly help whenever asked and jumps in to help when he sees a need. He always follows up with "what else can I do?" Night shifts are always enjoyable when he is here. He helped me catch up with medications so no one was late and he was also helping our charge nurse with her patients. And he did it all with a smile and never let either of us know how much he was already doing. He is always a pleasure to work with!

Roberto is a top notch extraordinary nurse! He always wears a smile to work, gets constant compliments from his patients, and assists his co-workers when the need arises. As an example, last shift, my patients were of high acuity with multiple needs arising. All nurses and techs were in the same boat; as we call "in the weeds". Roberto showed up outside one of my patient's rooms that I was in and asked if I needed any help. It was like a bright light in my hectic night. He assisted with multiple tasks to make sure our patients were taken care of.
You see, Roberto always takes care of his patients and if he has extra time, he seeks out needs of co-coworkers. Always! We are so thankful for him as a team player and his high standard of patient care.
