Rachael is always checking in on my daughter even if she's not calling out or it's not a round check. When my daughter is sick, Rachael is quick to find relief for her and religiously comes back 30 minutes later to see if she's doing better. Always asks if we can use anything and is always bubbly. We love Rachael.

She is always nice, sweet and she always checks up on her patients even when they call also when they don't call.

She is such a sweetheart. She has the patience that every nurse needs to work with the babies/kids on the hemonc unit. you don't find many nurses like her. She is here to make sure these kids get better care and I think that's her only concern. She is so kind, sweet, a gem.

Rachael is very caring, compassionate and nurturing for my child and me. She explains everything thoroughly and maintains a professional and understanding attitude no matter how difficult things are. We just love her!

She took excellent care of my daughter when she noticed I needed a break (desperately) to get lunch. She offered to stay with my daughter because my 4-year-old daughter was so scared to be alone.
