It is difficult to pick just one situation in which Beth has gone above and beyond, this is a daily occurrence for her. She is on the call team in CVOR and circulates/charges during complex emergent cases with sometimes critical patients. She does this with ease and an innate understanding of her team's needs. This ability to maintain a calm mentality provides an environment conducive to a higher level of patient care in these situations. She is a constant advocate for patients and her compassion provides families with comfort during difficult times. Her kindness and generosity translate outside of the OR as well. Beth is a champion of teambuilding, she is constantly finding new ways to bring our team together, whether it's providing inspirational quotes, bringing in homemade treats on her day off or planning group activities outside of work. Beth exudes positivity and provides our team with a lead by example mentality. We as a team truly believe that Beth Paul has gone above and beyond in everything that she does and she deserves to be recognized for her greatness.
