I have severe PTSD from military combat. It does not take much for me to have a full breakdown and many triggers set me off. Casey knew I was hurting and prodded me until I talked about what was bothering me. I relented and told her my story. She is the only person I have been able to do that with. After I spoke with her, I cried for three hours straight. When I was done I was exhausted. I felt like a 500 lb. weight had been taken off my chest.
