Above all, Ilene always smiled and genuinely attempted to converse with me to know how I was doing. She was the nicest, smartest, and by far most efficient nurse to attend to me and my baby. My IV tube was hurting me and she cared to flush/clean it out before injecting more. Overall, she is just an amazing person. Thank you, Ilene.

Ilene has been a beacon of joy to have around. Her smile and her personality are infectious. No matter what kind of day she is having, she remains positive and continues to give 100% to her patients. Her name is brought up frequently by the patients when I am doing my manager interviews. They love her smile and tell me that they know she cares for them because she makes them feel special.
