Debora Bedell is experienced in many areas of nursing, and in every area she has been passionate about her work. She shows compassion and great support for her patients and for her coworkers.
There was a patient who had missed his appointment, and, because of the patient's history, Debora was quite concerned and called him. The patient told her that he had fallen couldn't get up and didn't know what to do; Debora made sure that the family was notified and could help.
There was a patient who needed a certain product in order to heal but could not afford it. Debora made numerous calls to the company and was able to have the product donated for better healing.
Last but not least, there was a recent situation in another clinic where a patient had an emergent situation. Hearing the commotion, Debora went in the room and assessed the situation, knew that a Code Blue should be called, directed the staff on what to do and assured that equipment was there for our patient to survive this event.
