Danielle Airaghi, BSN, RN, CARN, a clinical nurse in the Recovery & Wellness unit at Virginia Hospital Center was nominated for her extraordinary work in patient groups. The patients who nominated her noted her ability to make group time fun and meaningful and something the patients who are all recovering from addictions looked forward to attending. One patient noted that without Danielle's cheerful can-do attitude, she would never have made it out of the darkest time in her life. This patient gave Danielle direct credit for her success in the Recovery & Wellness program.
