Jerri Anne Rafanan is a very caring DAISY Nurse. She shared her true compassion to my mom and most especially to her work. She communicated very well and was very accommodating. She has a pleasant personality and gives you a welcoming smile. She is very patient, competent and attentive. What she does is respectful and very professional.
***
Well deserved! Jerri truly exemplifies what the DAISY Award entails: compassionate caring without reservations. I've known her to be an ardent patient and family advocate in any circumstance, with her drive to do what is best for the patients and their families. Being a mom of two boys, she knows how to be selfless and nurturing.
***
Jerri is an excellent preceptor; all her interns adore her. She is a wonderful colleague and friend; whose caring sincerity makes her stand out. She's a silent worker who doesn't expect anything in return, but just to give wholeheartedly. She is a true DAISY Nurse.
***
Jerri is very attentive to the needs of her patients and their families.

It comes as no surprise that Jerri is receiving this award. She is one of the pillars holding up the standards of care on NTU's nightshift. Thank you, Jerri, for being a preceptor and passing down your knowledge, your work ethic, and your caring touch. You make NTU shine. Congratulations!
