Heather came in to administer pain meds and made me feel as though I was with family. She talked and listened to what I had to say and how I was feeling. She made sure to ask questions about my health as well as my well-being.

I came to the ED feeling like my throat was closing and it was hard to swallow. There was tightness with some facial swelling. I didn't want to take chances, so my husband brought me to the hospital at 2:00 am. The nurses were so kind and reassured me every step of the way. Heather took 20 minutes to sit with me and really listen to my concerns and gave me information to know in the future what to look for in a true anaphylaxis situation. She went above and beyond for me and I wasn't even her patient.
