Rachel, in no other words, is simply amazing. Her constant love and care of our daughter have been extraordinary. Her patience, love, and knowledge have been the light of our stay in the hospital. Rachel makes you feel that you are the only patient she has and takes all of your concerns seriously, making sure to take the extra time to explain every procedure with love and concern. She knew just how to calm my daughter and reassure her that everything was going to work out. Rachel was her nurse for three 12 hour shifts and we knew that she was tired, but she never once waned. Always smiling and working so hard to assist us with whatever we needed. I want to thank her for being gentle, compassionate, caring, committed and always happy. It is nurses like Rachel that make being sick in the hospital more bearable.
