Debbie is simply awesome. Having a baby in the NICU is hard, but Debbie made the experience enjoyable. She's so friendly and knowledgeable. Her attentiveness to not only my newborn but to me and my 4-year-old son was just amazing. I had a C-section and wasn't able to lift my son so he could see his new baby brother and without even thinking, Debbie asked my son if she could pick him up and let him touch his baby brother. It was so sweet of her. Small things like this show the compassion someone has for their job. Thank you, Debbie, for being such an amazing NICU nurse!
