Gina was absolutely the best! My mother was under her care, very sick, and was ready to go to "heaven". As she complained about her life, Gina was able to interject just the right comments to answer my mother's complaints and opinions. Most people would have been uncomfortable or left, but Gina gave a very kind and thoughtful response. Gina was very busy the 3 days she was assigned to us. The unit had over 13 admissions, but you would have never known it. She followed through on every question and concern. She mentors/orients new staff all while accomplishing her many duties. I don't take these comments lightly as I am a retired nurse myself. She is part of a well-oiled machine. Gina's care was perfection and she loves her job - it shows!
