Yvonne took the initiative to do as many little things to make sure Mom was comfortable. We were at the hospital for two days and Yvonne checked in on us regularly to see if Mom was okay or needed anything, she never waited for us to call for her. She offered extra warm blankets without us asking and took the time to understand what therapy was doing to Mom so she could better assist her throughout the day. She made sure to do IVs and bed changing at the best opportunities for Mom and not at her own convenience. We never felt neglected, or as if we were just an ordinary patient. Yvonne has been superbly attentive and helpful in meeting all of Mom's needs and even giving us suggestions on how to better meet Mom's needs.
