Beena was humble; she always encouraged us and was always positive. She was an example of the extraordinary. She was compassionate and put others before herself. As our nurse manager, she lifted up all of us. No matter what our concern was, it became her concern if it was important to us. She was the first to give an encouraging word.
Beena was known for her unwavering faith and her kindness. Beena was genuine; she never judged anyone and never criticized others. She inspired us to be better people. She will always remain in our hearts. Her memory and her example encourage us to continue to be compassionate and kind to our patients, our colleagues, our co-workers, and all of the staff here at Memorial. Since she passed away in January, we miss Beena dearly.
