Nicholas cared for my dad while at Stormont-Vail Health. When he saw that my dad was very upset he pulled up a chair and placed his hand soothingly on my dad's arm. He asked him what was bothering him and then listened patiently and attentively. He addressed my dad's concerns and offered him a kind shoulder to lean on. Nicholas was able to help my dad regain his calmness, and encouraged my dad to let him know if he needed anything or if he had any questions. He stayed with dad for a full hour after he was scheduled to be off work. Nicholas is the epitome of awesomeness.
