We came to NW with an AML diagnosis. As probably all patients are, we were scared and not sure what to expect. Jon has the rare ability to deliver news with reality and positivity - a very rare trait. He told us what to expect before, during and after chemo while remaining positive and upbeat. While I feel he was an excellent nurse, he is even a better person. He put us at ease with the AML and a more relaxed positive patient recovers faster.

Jon has so much personality and really makes me feel comfortable. Every time I come to take chemo I hope I have Jon during one of the nurse's rounds.

Jon has the best and most carefree spirit and personality. He's in the right job and he keeps my daughter laughing and her spirits up. We really enjoyed him during our 5-day treatment. As crazy as it sounds I will be requesting the 15th floor on our next 5-day stay.
