Christopher went above and beyond in the care for my father. He was a phenomenal human being; his joyous personality coupled with his determination to help others is so rare that I am in awe and grateful to him.
My family and I feel lucky to have had Christopher care for our father. We were astonished that he was at my father's side for 12 hours caring for him. He was compassionate, knowledgeable, approachable and super responsive to any of my father's needs. He kept a smile throughout those 12 hours and never buckled, looked tired, or exhausted. He had an upbeat and welcoming personality the entire day with everyone. He was consistently calm and friendly.
It is evident that he loves his job and performs to the best of his ability and more. For example, my father was told that if he did not urinate that they would put a catheter in. Just the thought of that put my father and me in distress, but this Christopher realized how fearful my father was and literally spent 30 minutes in the bathroom to help my father successfully urinate. The human touch that Christopher brings to his profession is extraordinary. He is absolutely unequivocally, without a doubt deserving of The DAISY Award. This will be one of my top experiences to share with family and friends for all my life.
