Holly works hand in hand with our nurse practitioner and uses her critical thinking skills constantly on our fast-paced rehab unit. She is always kind and considerate and takes the time to explain and teach our residents and their families about the care she is providing. If another nurse needs help, she is the first to step in. Holly exemplifies hard work and determination. There have been times I have said, "I don't know if he would have made it if Holly wasn't here." When we got hit with the COVID-19 pandemic, we isolated patients on one unit and Holly was the first to volunteer to be a designated COVID nurse. She always worked hard but, for those of you who have had to do it in full PPE all shift then you know what type of nurse she is. Everyone here is so proud of her and she is a true DAISY Nurse.
