Tracci treated me and my family with the greatest care, attention, and professionalism possible. She is truly an exceptional nurse and person. She has a bedside manner beyond compare. I think she has a God given talent and she really enjoys what she is doing.

At one time, my mother had a spell (looked like a heart attack to me) and it was really scary. Tracci took charge and helped my mom to calm down and relax until the episode passed. She knew the symptoms my mom had been having and knew what to say and do in the situation. She gave her pain meds and a nitroglycerin patch and soon the spell passed and my mom was off to surgery. Tracci was a life saver on that day. I know this. I thank God for her and her abilities.
