Her expertise is incredible. Frances kept checking on me, gave me my medication always with a smile, and reassuring me that everything would be okay. She checked in on me every two hours as needed. My experience here has been incredible. She has the ability to look out for her patients, with compassion and a personal touch.

Frances made sure I was comfortable every minute of the night, from pain to room temperature, even though it was freezing cold for them to work in. Her tenderness and compassion, with a personal touch, on top and her ability to be so thorough, through all the shifts I had with her. When I felt better I was disappointed I did not have her anymore but soon realized others need her much more than I do at this time.
