Lisa took wonderful care of me she was extremely kind and took a true interest in me. She took the time to get to know me and understand my needs and my medical history. Lisa made me feel truly cared for and helped me not be anxious. She went above and beyond in providing care.

Not only did Lisa take excellent care of me, she was also very attentive and respectful to the needs of my family who was here visiting me. Due to scheduling needs of the unit, she wasn't my nurse the second day I was here. She was nice enough to step in and explain why she wasn't taking care of me on my second day here because she had said she would still have me as a patient the next day. She found out I was being discharged and still came in to wish me well and say good bye to me and my family. Her personality always put me and my family at ease. She truly deserves to be recognized for her excellence in delivery of care to her patients and their families.
