Today, Laura demonstrated how important it is to be a team player. I am a monitor tech on 2 South. There was a sudden critical change in a patient's heart rhythm. While I was making attempts to contact the patient's nurse, Laura went into the patient's room and prevented the deterioration of the patient's health. Laura kept the patient safe and alive by recognizing the problem and applying her nursing skills and knowledge. She is a team player with a caring attitude and I'm very proud to work with her.
