Phenomenal service. Helena has given me so much comfort and knowledge about this entire experience. Going out of her way to get to know my daughter and immediately knowing the differences in her attitude and jumping into action. Further, going out of her way to come in on her day off once we left PICU to the 7th floor, just to come in and check on my daughter. Helena noticed my daughter was declining and immediately jumped into action. She called every doctor possible and my daughter was immediately scheduled for surgery that day and taken back to the PICU.
